第五届新视野泌尿外科国际论坛国际青年泌尿外科分论坛

    为了延续“缅怀前辈、激励后人、展望国际、求索发展”的宗旨，进一步丰富学术内容，提高论坛的国内外影响力，继续提供学术交流和技能竞技的平台给国内外的青年泌尿外科医师，第五届新视野泌尿外科国际论坛特设了国际青年泌尿外科分论坛。该分论坛于2016年4月23日下午在北京国际会议中心举办。来自世界各泌尿外科学会组织以及全国各地的泌尿外科青年才俊40余人在论坛上进行了学术交流。

    本次论坛分为三个部分，包括两个中华医学会泌尿外科学分会（CUA）青年委员会骨干作学术报告，以及由欧洲泌尿外科学会（EAU）、亚洲泌尿外科学会（UAA）、中华医学会泌尿外科学分会（CUA）、韩国泌尿外科学会（KUA）、英国皇家医学会（RSM）和香港泌尿外科学会（HKUA）选派的12名青年泌尿外科医生代表参与的Best Poster Campaign。

    Best Poster Campaign为本次论坛的亮点活动之一，由来自首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院的王伟、中国医科大学附属第一医院的都书琪和北京医院的张耀光担任主持人和评委。12名各学会组织的青年医生代表在会场外的Poster区张贴了自己发言要点的海报，并在会议上每人用英语作3分钟的学术报告介绍自己的临床学术研究和专长，包括来自意大利的Alessandro Larcher介绍Nephron sparing surgery decreases other-causes mortality relative to radical nephrectomy only in specific subgroups of patients with renal cell carcinoma，来自伊朗的Alireza Ghoreifi介绍Future of Urology in Asia，来自韩国的SangjunYoo介绍Impact of thickness of spared neurovascular bundle on postoperative sexual outcomes after robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy: an ongoing prospective study，来自英国的Rick Catterwell介绍Extending indications in robotic partial nephrectomy: maintaining outcomes despite increasing complexity in 200 cases，来自广州的刘皓介绍TransvesicalLaparoEndoscopic Single-site Surgery for Vesicovaginal Fistula，来自香港的李啟旻介绍Seeing men with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) as a whole: a cross-sectional study on demographics of patients presenting with LUTS，来自英国的Roderick van den Bergh介绍Is active surveillance an option in intermediate risk prostate cancer?，来自尼泊尔的Anil Shrestha介绍Visual tract dilatation in Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy，来自韩国的Jong Wook Kim介绍Correlation between androgen receptor CAG repeat length polymorphism and metabolic syndrome, late onset hypogonadism，来自英国的Hide Yamamoto介绍The role of complement in prostate cancer development，来自北京的孟一森介绍Three-port Extraperitoneal Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy，来自德国的Pawel Salwa介绍Single surgeon perioperative and early functional results of initial 65 cases after graduating “ERUS Robotic Urology Curriculum Fellowship (Pilot Study II)” for robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP)。三位评委从学术水平、PPT和海报制作、表达能力、问题回答以及时间控制等方面打分，最终由EAU选派的Roderick van den Bergh获得本次活动的第一名。Roderick说他非常感谢能到北京参加本次会议，他从没有在这么短的时间里有如此丰富的经历，中国的泌尿外科面临巨大的挑战，但同时也有无数的机会。

    本次国际青年泌尿外科分论坛给国内外的青年医生提供了一个展示自我、与同道开展交流的绝好平台，正是论坛宗旨“专业、开放、引领、教育”的最好体现。
